Jami Zehr hails from the snowy hills of Upstate New York. She spent her collegiate years nestled among the cornfields of Upland, Indiana and moved to Chicago after earning her degree in Sociology. During her nine years in the Second City she went to Loyola University School of Law and worked for the City of Chicago Law Department as an attorney. While shuffling paperwork and conducting hearings she discovered her aptitude for operational management and knowledge management infrastructure.

Jami spent 15 years working for various small businesses, large corporations, and startups. At each company she implemented innovative ideas and leveled up her position and department with KM and IA processes. She is admired and praised by colleagues and executives alike. Today, she wants to use practical techniques she has honed for more than a decade to help you take your team to the next level.
